The result notification slip is issued within two weeks after the examination results are issued. The COP Certificate is issued within six months of completing the COP examination. Successful candidates are notified in writing when the certificates are ready for collection.

COI offers help to graduates by providing them with employer networking, internship information and mock interviews.. The Career and Advising Center also has a link to Insurance firms just for COI students with hundreds of job and internship opportunities.

Exemptions are granted upon application with supporting documents and payment of requisite exemption fees. Details on exemptions that can be granted will be given upon inquiry. 

Lecturers make themselves very available to students, giving out their office hours, email addresses and phone numbers on the first day of class. They encourage students to drop in their offices and chat. If you can’t make it during their office hours, they’ll meet with you by appointment.
